Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Rainn Luxe. Below is our full policy for refunds and returns of both digital and physical items.

Digital Content & Adult Media

Due to the nature of our digital products—including downloadable files, adult media, and custom content—all sales of digital content are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed. No exceptions.

Physical Products

We work with trusted third-party suppliers to fulfill all physical orders. While we do not accept general returns, we will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rainnluxe.com
  • Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

Important:

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or supplier. We will provide next steps if your return is approved.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the issue confirmed, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again
  2. Contact your card provider, as posting times vary
  3. If still unresolved, contact us at support@rainnluxe.com

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Adult toys and intimate products
  • Personal care or wearable items (e.g., lingerie, plugs, massagers)
  • Digital content or downloadable media
  • Items reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Even if unopened, these items are considered final sale and non-returnable.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. Rainn Luxe is not liable for return items lost in transit.
